Happy Scrapbook Page

Hi everyone! Robbie today to share a page that I made with the Midday Medley Collection. This page was done using a sweet family photo. It doesn’t have journaling or say a lot, but the picture told the story in a small way on its own.

I wanted to add a couple of butterflies to the page, but would you believe that I don’t have have a butterfly punch? I DO have a flower punch though, so I just cut off one of the petals and I had tiny butterflies! This might not have worked but the stitching completed the idea.

If you want them to be hard and hold up well in your scrapbook, use a glue stick and start by gluing two together before you shape them. Shape them before they are dry and when they are totally dry, they will be hard.

DESIGNER TIP | One more tip on glue sticks. Not all glue sticks are created equal. For a glue stick that hardens and holds every time, my favorite is the RoseArt glue sticks. The best part about that is they are also the least expensive ones that I’ve found.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
